Does anyone know of a black American musician who moved to Europe, who sings 'lets do it, lets fall in love'?
I watched a programme last year on a black American musician who moved to Europe around the early to mid 20th century in fear of the K.K.K. I think he played in France for a while before moving over to England. I also think he had a bit of a reputation for getting around, and used to play for upper classes. He also had a secret wife and child which no one really knew about and eventually petered out as times moved on. I also think he sang the song ‘lets do it, lets fall in love’.
Alanis Morisette is neither black nor american (I think she’s canadian). But she has a song with those lyrics…
you should try looking up her song and seeing if she covered his song.

okay so my brother is two years older than me, and he has an amazing friend. His name is Kendall, and his just incredible. Everytime he comes to my house, he’ll talk to me like none of my brothers other friends do. At school he talks to me and sometimes sits with me at lunch. I developed deep feelings for him, and I think he likes me too. But he’s my brothers best friend! I’m 15, and he’s 17, and he’s just the sweetest person. Whenever it rains at school, he walks me to each of my classes, even if his class is on the other side of campus, with his umbrella so I don’t get wet. His family is close to mine, so I go to his house for barbecues a lot, and whenever I do, we hang out while my brother hangs with Kendall’s twin. When I was at school today, we have a valentines day stall in the courtyard, and Kendall was lining up. I was behind him in the line, which he didn’t realize, and when they asked for the name of the girl he wanted send a rose and chocolates to, he said my name. I was completely shocked. But there are other girls with my name in school. I don’t know what to do. What if my brother gets angry? I’ve heard Kendall talking to his friend about liking someone younger then him, was he talking about me? He’s the sweetest person, and I’d do anything for that boy. I don’t know how to approach him about it. Please help!

Try your very best to be just platonic friends. He’s trying to get to you. Leave it to him it sounds like he knows what he’s doing as he’s already showering in your vicinity.
You’ve got nothing to worry about in terms of getting with him (unless he’s a real playa), but if he’s really into you, you gotta take it slow okay! Nothing worse than a romance blossoming and then proceeding to explode in 2 peoples faces.

Cute story! It sounds like he really cares about you, regardless of whether its a crush or not. I think for now the best thing you can do is to continue talking to him as you normally do- if he likes you then this is only going to make him like you more! And then just. Wait for valentines day to see what happens….

after he comes out the shower, do some hot&flirtatious moves on him. and of course he likes you…i doubt the other girls w/ ur name are who he likes. plus, who cares about what ur brother says. don’t let your brother stop u from getting his friend. if u think he won’t let you, just tell him that u have a crush on his friend and you two will some how have to work things out. OH! and when ur talking to ur brother about u having feelings for his friend, BEG him to help you out on getting the guy. ask ur brother for any info you need to get Kendall or to just go straight on and ask him if he rly likes you.

Music at Humber College?
Hello, I’m just curious about the applied bachelor program at Humber and would appreciate any comments on the environment, the music core courses and their level of difficulty, the program as a whole.
I’m wondering if my level of music is enough to get in and stay in so I’m a tad concerned.
I have my grade 2 rudiments.
Vocal training for 8 years but have stopped for a year.
Grade 2 piano.
Ear training ( enough to distinguish whether its a major 2nd or perfect 4th)
Still pretty bad at:
transcriptions
sight singing
rhythm
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Today at school I did somthing I regret terribly….help needed?
At school this girl that is different and doesn’t have any friends and she slapped me in the head hard and then to my friend then I got mad so I went to her locker and spit in her backpack then a couple minutes later I felt bad and went to go cover it up but somehow she saw it in her back pack and doesn’t know who did it but then she told the principle and we had a lil meeting excluding the girl and they said they were so disappointed and this has crossed the line from other things that has happened to her and other ppl are also sad and I feel terribly sorry and don’t know what I should do…

If Israel was Prophesied to be in subjection til the Messiah comes, why do these people live freely and have all the money in the world?
The Scriptures tell us that Christ will be in the midst of them… is he? I don’t see him!
His "Spirit" does not dwell in them!

World war 2 game – Cod4 or medal of honor?
I played this game waaaay back when. It was a world war 2 first person shooter. I remember It had several moment where you would walk into certain room and it would cut to an interactive cinematic where you would engage in a knife fight or fist fight with a German soldier. I can’t remember the name of the game for the life of me. I keep thinking is COD2: The Big Red 1, but all my friends say that isn’t it.

lol a world war 2 shooter. Still can’t be narrowed enough. I think i know what your talking about, but it didn’t happen often. You would get ambushed by a german soldier and it would go into cqc I don’t remember if you were prompted to press something or the guy just fought him off on his own, could be either or could be both. Anyways I DO have similar recollections, I’ve played only call of duty games, so for cure it has to be cod. Its not 3 because i hated 3 and since its an old game its probably call of duty 2, i didn’t play 1st one as much.
